1. B2AND reserves the right to suspend or cancel User's access to Hosting, if B2AND decides that the account has been inappropriately used. B2AND reserves the right to refuse Services and/or access to B2AND servers to anyone.
2. You may not use the Hosting:
- in any way that breaches any applicable regulation, EU or International laws;
- in any way that is fraudulent;
- to host any material which is in breach of our content guidelines;
- to transmit, or otherwise permit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar marketing material, also known as SPAM or Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE);
- to publish or otherwise distribute warez, copywritten or other illegal material;
- to participate in any file-sharing/peer-to-peer activities.
3. As B2AND Hosting Fair Use Policy:
- B2AND offers unlimited traffic and by this we mean unlimited bandwidth for visitors to access to view your legitimate website content, i.e. sites should not contain any material which does not comply with our content guidelines.
- B2AND provides unlimited burstable bandwidth and burstable RAM and for these resources we require that you do not continuously use an unreasonable excess of such resources, but you use of them in a temporary, burstable fashion.

4. Should domain registration or domain hosting form a part of the services offered to the User, B2AND shall act only in the capacity of mediator between the User, DENIC, InterNIC or other domain registration authority. Agreements with such organizations only create rights and obligations for the User. B2AND has no influence on the allocation of domain names (incl. subdomains) and therefore it cannot warrant that the registered domain names are not subject to claims by third parties or that they are unique or permanent.
5. In the event of termination of the contract with B2AND, for any reason, the User is obliged to ensure that the domain is moved in good time. If this does not take place, B2AND can transfer the administration of the domain to the registry or, after requesting a statement from the User, cancel it if no User reply is received.
6. User is solely and entirely responsible for administration and security of his server, at his own expenses and risks. It is his duty to install necessary security-software and to inform himself constantly regarding security issues as well as to fix such by himself. Installation of maintenance software or other software does not absolve the User from this duty. It is the User's duty to configure his programs in such a way that they are restarted automatically when the hardware or the operating system is restarted.
7. OpenCart basic installation by B2AND is non-refundable and it can only be done on our Hosting server.
8. OpenCart basic installation does not come with any free OpenCart or related support. Any further OpenCart support work by B2AND is subject to service fees. For further information, please contact us as follows: support@B2AND.com
9. All Hosting plans are fixed in length and non-refundable based on their current on-going individual plan. Hosting prices are available at the Web site https://B2AND.com.
10. All Hosting plans are subscription based, i.e. upon expiration of the current on-going plan, it will immediately and automatically be extended with the same terms as in force on expiration, unless plan is terminated or amended by the User anytime prior to its expiration.
11. Current on-going Hosting plan can be amended only by its upgrade, i.e. by subscribing to longer subscription period and/or by purchasing additional disk storage. Any increase in additional disk storage shall be for the same subscription period as the Hosting subscription period.
12. B2AND may suspend access to, or terminate, an account which initiates a payment card chargeback or uses any other mean of payment reversal.
13. Hosting termination has to be made by the User by sending email to: support@B2AND.com
